The house with its own name, La Torre Vita of 260 m2 and a garden of 783 m, designed by the well-known architect Josep Soteras Mauri in the 70s. In the house we find fantastic art tiles by Mr. Josep Aragay. At the entrance there is a large hall that leads us to a dining room with a fireplace, exposed wooden beams, high ceilings, large windows strategically located through which light enters. In front we find a large multipurpose room with a fireplace and a large window that opens onto a terrace and the garden with the pool. Next there is a small toilet, a large kitchen where there is a living room to eat. It has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one single) and a complete bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and garden views. The whole house is built on one floor except for a magnificent study which is accessed from a staircase to the right of the main hall. The house is on the corner with a stone wall and large cypresses, which give privacy to the house, and in the garden where we find beautiful corners such as the pool, the terrace that leaves the house, the garden area dominated by a large magnolia ol ' space in front that we can use to park. The house has easy accessibility for people with reduced mobility and multiple options for renovations. All windows are wood-colored aluminum, double glazed, and bars.
